Modwell was a New York based company created with the goal of modernizing the real estate industry by creating tools and platforms for virtual tours and other immersive visualization experiences.
From February 2023 to July 2024, I worked with Modwell on a handful of small, short-term projects as detailed below.
Virtual Showroom
Web Prototype
Created for The Well, a Miami luxury apartments developer, this web app provided a interactive space for users to explore the available amenities, floor plans, and features of the future complex.
House Configurator
Web Prototype
Created for Toll Brothers, a national homebuilding company, the goal of this web app was to give prospective customers a means to view, customize, furnish, and explore their future house.
Due to the rendering limitations of WebGL, a second version of the app was created with high fidelity graphics which would run on powerful back-end servers and be streamed to the user’s device.

XR Prototype
This proof-of-concept application was designed by Modwell to provide an all-in-one platform for users to browse and explore available real estate listings, companies, agents, locations, and more.
